Need help on turn down letter

Ok I need help from all you pro cakers out there!

   I have been contacted by a wedding planner to do a cake for a wedding in March. However this cake is just not sitting well with me. I need help in wording a email to send to the wedding planner in turning down this cake. Any advise is greatly appreciated!!!

Well I can say that I was excited to find out that the bride decided to go with another vendor!
