AAs I've said in a previous post I'm making wedding cake and mint chocolate cupcakes for a friend's work holiday party. She requested 8 of each flavor, but I suggested mini cupcakes. How many minis should I make then? Maybe 2 or 3 per person? Normally when I make regular cupcakes for her job they are domed and high with plenty frosting. That's what I like. Thanks.

Will there be additional desserts? I usually do one per person and some extras for those who may want two.
