AIngredients 11/2 to 2 cups, powdered sugar 1 tbsp cold water 1 tbsp glucose 1 tsp gelatin 1/2 tsp crisco or butter

Steps 1. Sprinkle gelatin on the cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.

2. Put gelatin on heat in a double boiler, when the gelatin dissolves add the glucose and crisco stir until the mixture dissolves completely and is like a syrup.

3. Add sugar to the mixture, half a cup each time and kneed it with your hands.

4.Keep adding sugar until the dough becomes soft and non sticky. It may take all the 2 cups or a little less.

5. Store in an air tight bag or container and use it after 24 hrs.

You can add few drops of flavoring to the glucose mixture before adding the sugar.
