Hello Ladies,

 

I am making a Monkey Theme Baby Shower and I have to make a large monkey on top of the cake..Im wondering what Rice Krispies recipe works best to model figures??? I've found so many on line...I need expert help..Any suggestions please!!!

AThere is a great thread on here I just read a few days ago. I tried to find it to give u the link but I can't. Basically several suggest to leave out the butter and crush the rice krispies before adding them to the marshmallows. Some suggested 6 cups of krispies, others said they used 5. Hope that helps.

AAlso, several suggested coating the molded piece with almond bark, as that smoothest it and provides support. :grin:
