Rice Krispies Help....

Hello Ladies,

 

I am making a Monkey Theme Baby Shower and I have to make a large monkey on top of the cake..Im wondering what Rice Krispies recipe works best to model figures??? I've found so many on line...I need expert help..Any suggestions please!!!

There is a great thread on here I just read a few days ago. I tried to find it to give u the link but I can't. Basically several suggest to leave out the butter and crush the rice krispies before adding them to the marshmallows. Some suggested 6 cups of krispies, others said they used 5. Hope that helps.

Also, several suggested coating the molded piece with almond bark, as that smoothest it and provides support.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I've heard also about leaving out the butter...Im def going to try that...
