I have an oreder for a wedding cake that has a pattern on the sides. I have not done this before and was wondering if I should try stencils and use royal icing. I thought about a transfer but can't seem to find the pattern. She found the cake picture on pinterest and I don't know if I am allowed to post the picture here to see if anyone would know where to find the pattern. Is that allowed?

I love the way cakes look when they use the damask stencils!!! They look very elegant!! Don't know if you could achieve that by hand piping unless you are purely an artist with an even hand. I guess some people on this site could do it by doing piping but I am not one of them!! LOL /Mary
