Hi all,

I could use your opinions.... I have been using Amerimist's pearlescent airbrush sheen, but when spayed on a white cake it turns the cake's coloring to off white or champagne. I had heard that differ brands can give different effects. Can anyone recommend a sparkly sheen that will allow me to keep a cake white?

Thanks!

Mine is by Bakery Crafts called Baker's Preferred Pearl Airbrush AB5150.  Manuf. in Westchester, Ohio. 1-800-543-1673.

I am in Canada and purchased mine in Vancouver, BC. It has never changed the color of my cakes, just makes it pearly.
