Ive made a teddy bear cake. Finished decorating it this morning ( Friday) it won't be picked up till Saturday night. ( I finished earlier than expected) what's the best way to store it? The icing is half butter half shortening. Thank you!!

I keep all of my finished cakes in the frig until delivery/pickup. To me, traveling with a room temperature cake is a potential setup for a disaster.
