Hello, i have this question.

┬┐How do i cover a cheesecake with fondant?
Ive read a few topics about this and it can be done....but a dont know how.
I need a "how to guide" with a step by step help.
I live in Cancun, Mexico. So the heat and humidity are a problem.
I cannot freeze or even refrigerate the cake covered with buttercream before i
put the fondant on cuz it get al sticky and not pretty.
And how do i stack them so i can get an apropiate high. I just need 1 tier cake.
And ive read that in "the cake bible" said how to do it, but i cant get that book here
and i cant buy it rigth now online.

So, thats all i know and need, so if anyone know or wants to help me ill be so tankfull.
