Cupcakes - how early can I cook and ice with fondant. Is 2 days to early.

Hi, I plan on cooking cupcakes and icing the with fondant icing for this Saturday what's the best way after i cook and ice them to keep them fresh.

It's not too early if the fondant completely covers the exposed part of the cupcake. Fondant is a great sealer and will keep your cupcakes moist for a lot longer than 2 days.
