Cake Central Magazine Subscription and Customer support

Renewed my subscription last week and did not receive the automatic download of the last issue, Vol. 3, issue 10- the OSSAS issue. Numerous attempts contacting customer support with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone received this issue?

 

What if someone had a question about a product they wish to order and they kept getting the same generic email; "we will contact you shortly? Or called by phone and be directed to voicemail and never get a response?

You aren't the only one, this is insane.
I to have been calling and emailing them. They are nice and quick to take your money.... icon_sad.gif

Im also awaiting a response to 3 emails & 2 "contact us" form submissions.  I havent called as I am in Australia and i cant afford to wait forever for someone to answer!  I am having issues with Volume 3 issue 9 - they sent me Volume 3 issue 8 instead???  I have paid good money for this subscription and the customer service to date has been appalling.  Im starting to think Ill never get a reply - certainly wont be renewing my subscription.  Its such a shame - I loved Cake Central years ago, it was my go to Bible!
By the way, if anyone has the link for Volume 3 Issue 9 (the Gothic inspired issue) id really appreciate it if you could send it my way! ;)

I have now sent 3 emails regarding my subscription with no response. I got my order number but did not get any information on how to download the magazines. I am very upset at the lack of customer service they provide.

I'm having the same problem with Volume 4 Issue 7.  I received Issues 6 and 8, but no 7.  I've left 4 voice mail messages, sent 5 Contact Us forms, and 7 emails -with no direct response other than the auto-reply to the Contact Form.  Has their customer service always been this poor?  

 

Does anyone know how I can access the download for Issue 7 for my subscription?

I too am having problems with getting my links to download my copies of the magazine.  I have sent several emails and have not had the courtesy of even one response from them. 

 

 

 

Dear Jackie,

 

I've loved cake central for years but I'm so disgruntled at the customer service for the magazine.  You want people to subscribe, and they do.....then when they have problems we/they are completely ignored.  Why???

 

Is this really the way you want to run your business and have this be the way you are known to potential customers? 

 

 I am still waiting for the links for:

Vol 4 issue 6

Vol 4 Issue 7

Vol 4 Issue 8

 

my order number is #40721 and expires March of 2014.  Will I have to do this for each month until then???

 

Please please do something to fix this!!!!

I've been leaving messages and emails sine November and haven't received any feedback or answer on the status of my order! I paid for it and now nothing! How do we get an answer from them???
