Cake Central Magazine Subscription and Customer support

Renewed my subscription last week and did not receive the automatic download of the last issue, Vol. 3, issue 10- the OSSAS issue. Numerous attempts contacting customer support with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone received this issue?

 

What if someone had a question about a product they wish to order and they kept getting the same generic email; "we will contact you shortly? Or called by phone and be directed to voicemail and never get a response?

You aren't the only one, this is insane.
I to have been calling and emailing them. They are nice and quick to take your money.... icon_sad.gif

Im also awaiting a response to 3 emails & 2 "contact us" form submissions.  I havent called as I am in Australia and i cant afford to wait forever for someone to answer!  I am having issues with Volume 3 issue 9 - they sent me Volume 3 issue 8 instead???  I have paid good money for this subscription and the customer service to date has been appalling.  Im starting to think Ill never get a reply - certainly wont be renewing my subscription.  Its such a shame - I loved Cake Central years ago, it was my go to Bible!
By the way, if anyone has the link for Volume 3 Issue 9 (the Gothic inspired issue) id really appreciate it if you could send it my way! ;)

I have now sent 3 emails regarding my subscription with no response. I got my order number but did not get any information on how to download the magazines. I am very upset at the lack of customer service they provide.
