We contacted Jackie via PM on here.
For me, I contacted & received a response from her on the 6th, basically telling me to check my spam folder (of which I have done) of course .
In response, i tried to lay all the details out for her. Steps I took in placing the order and such.
I also explained to her that their lack of customer support, is another issue. That really needs to be addressed. I had called and emailed almost every day for over a week, leaving my cell, work phone number, etc...and of course nothing.
Also it seems that CC is automatically pulling the Paypal contact info (like email) instead of your CC store account info. For me this is 2 different email addresses. She told me that my subscription was being sent to there...but of course I have not gotten anything. Long story short, In general this really isn't a good idea on their part (and I told her this). CC should not be using PayPal, online Stores do not function this way, and it really should be changed, but this is probably a whole bother problem)
So if you, like me have a separate email for PayPal, first check that.
Like I said I have checked all my email addresses, spam folders etc. with no responses. To me, it sounds like they are having multiple problems, from multiple directions. Especially being that I am obviously not the only Paypal related problem.
I would definitely give her a message, reiterating your problems, and including your steps in ordering. I have not heard back since that first PM...and tried sending her another PM yesterday....so far nothing....I really hope to hear back soon....
