I have baked 300 cup cakes ,put them in zipped bags and put them in freezer for few days.BUT, when I de frost them (just took them out of the freezer and leave them in the zipped bag) most of the liners peeled off and I had to bake new ones .what I did wrong? Maybe I had to take them out of the zipped bag and leave them to defrost wide open? How can I bake in advance and frost them right? Any other suggestions?

Cup cakes liners and storage problems

I've never had this happen but I do open the ziplock bags when I take them out of the freezer. I put something in the seam of the ziplock bag to keep it open. I think it must've been something to do with the moisture in the bag as they thawed out. That's usually why liners pull away from cupcakes.
