Hello :)

My baby is turning one Jan 5th (awwww) and I so want to make him a beautiful cake. The cake I want to make is in Wiltons 2011 yearbook. Its a super cute jungle theme with 3 fondant covered cakes on a tier. I am very nervous (but I am sure I can pull it off!) and want it tasty and pretty.

Soooo, any advice or tips on fondant would be super helpful. I am a very new to the "cake scene"! I am very excited ;)

Thank you so much in advance

AI discovered that Wilton products fondant actually sold in stores about 3 yrs ago, when I first made cakes with fondant. Then I googled homemade fondant recipes and came across marshmallow fondant. Thought I'd try it since the ingredients seemed easy to find in stores. Now that's all I've been using. Taste better than store bought, cheaper to make, but can get messy.
