Do you think that $200 for a two tiered cake (6" and 8") with black and purple accents and custom cake topper and lettering and rhinestone banding is too much? So not sure anymore of what things should cost.

If he's that specific and wants it that quickly...no. 2oo is not too high.
The short notice is worth at least $50, the rhinestone ribbons are expensive, too.
Nope, I'd charge at least that much.
