Hey everyone! I made up three different doughs today to try out. All three ended up staying in ball form (not flattening out at all!) and VERY doughy. I don't understand what happened. I've never had this problem before. I put an oven thermometer in and it was reading a little hotter then it should, so I lowered the temp and tried again, and still the same thing. I even tried switching different cookie sheets. I also tested both my baking soda and baking powder for freshness. Is it possible that maybe my flour has gone "bad"? It looks and smells fine.. I just don't understand what else it could be. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
