Hi, can anyone help, what am i doing wrong when baking cupcakes, when they come out of the oven the cases start to peel away from them?

Do you mean the liners? I'd say that probably they're overcooked, kinda like when you overcook a cake, it pulls away from the pan when it cools. Cupcakes cook quickly, epecially at the end, so make sure to check them at minute intervals, if necessary.
