I have to use fondant for my decoration for my cupcakes order. I am going to make the cupcakes on friday with the decoration and customer is gifting them on saturday. So I wanted to know if the fondant will harden by the that time or will it be okay. Will it effect the taste. As my friend said it will effect it I am bit confused please some suggestions are needed !!!

It might firm up slightly but it shouldn't harden up too much, not in one day!

Think of all the ppl that have to decorate cupcakes for customers, most would be doing it 1 or two days before hand, decoration and all.
