No Corn Syrup No Jennifer Dontz Candy Clay ?

Hi everyone, i want to try Jennifer Dontz candy clay but we don't get corn syrup here.Any ideas on what I can use instead ?Thanking you in advance and looking forward to hearing from you.

IN Australia you can substitute Liquid Glucose
Golden syrup from cane sugar will work the same. Dilute with about 20% water.
Maple syrup will NOT work.
Sorry I should have mentioned I'm in England . We get golden syrup and liquid glucose , which would be the better option ?

If you don't want to buy that, liquid glucose diluted slightly would be better than golden syrup.

Liquid glucose will be your best substitute - I have used it many many times for this
Golden syrup is..... well GOLDEN !! - it will add colour to your chocolate clay and never really end up being as firm as you will need.
