What do you think of the recent changes to CakeCentral? - Page 8

Hate it.  Period.  End of story.

Can't stand how the photos are presented and that the forum is no longer on page 1.  I don't care about things I've commented on in the past (certainly not those from a long time ago).  I find I'm using the site less and less because it is just plain annoying to navigate.  Multiple clicks to do the same thing 1 did before.  And why is everything separated by gallery?? When I look at a member's photos (or my own) I want to see the photos not what gallery they belong to.  Ugh.  Too cumbersome. Please fix it,  CakesDecor is now easier to use than CakeCentral and most people who post here put the same photos there.  That's going to be my first choice going forward...

I liked it the way it was.

If you want to provide useful feedback I recommend emulating deuceofcakes' post and highlighting specific examples of what you don't like.

don't like it, don't know where to start

I am finding it easier now but still can't return to the page I was on when I clicked on a new photo to have a better look, it still takes me back to the beginning & I am finding this really a pain!!!

superstar, are you right clicking the photo you want to see. Then click open link in new window. Then comment or save fav. Then click on x and it takes you back to pic you clicked on. Maybe i am not understanding your statement. I hope so.

Don't like.  Before I use to visit CC everyday, now maybe once in 2 weeks!

I do this stuff too, all the time. I almost never use the Back arrow. On any browser, you can usually right click and open the picture in another window, or hold the Ctrl key (on the PC) while clicking on a picture, and it opens a new window. You can do whatever you want there, then just click on the x to close it. I can favorite lots of cakes in a mere second this way.

Yes! All of the above. No complaints here either. I'm used to it already, and when the little things that are not working correctly get smoothed out, it's going to be great.

It is difficult to locate a cake design/theme when I have to looke one up.  For an example:  I just wanted to search for a "Thomas the Tank Train."  I only have the option of going to "children's cakes."  Any suggestions?  Thank you.
