freezing WASC

Just baked  WASC layers for a Sat party that is put off a week due to hurricane Sandy.  What's the best way to freeze, I often find that my WASC gets kind of "gooey" on the bottom after  storing or freezing....Thanks for any help!

I never did anything special when I fz mine.  Just wrap it as you would any other.  Yes, sometimes it did develope a gooey top but I just scraped it off before using.
