I made some buttercream dream icing on Thursday, Oct. 25th. I have plenty of it leftover, already colored the right color for another order I have due on Friday, Nov 2nd. Is there any way to save the icing so it is still good to use or should I toss and make new?

It would probably be fine in the fridge for a few days or you could freeze it, put in the fridge the night before needed, and then on the counter for a few hours.
