A few weeks ago I almost called it quits with doing cakes. I had a cake to collapse during delivery. (really my fault but...long story) I have been trying to let go and allow my family to help me with a few things with my business. Well because I would love to have someone help with deliveries I decided to allow THE HUSBAND to drive me and a cake to my best friend party she was hosting. well to make a long story short he hit a bump and I ended up with the top two tiers in my hand when we arrived.
But any way, I had been eyeballing the cake stacker unit and decided since I have a topsy turvy cake coming up I wanted to try it using the cake stackers. My order came today so I would like to know if anyone( Who own one) have any suggestions before I get started. Any thing they found they would do different next time they use the unit. I opened the box and thought WOW thats a lot of pieces.
