I do cup cakes but i really never can get all of them to be the same size need help with this ,also when i use the cupcake wrappers they turn brown or change darker any help on either subject will be appreciated

There are grease resistant papers that won't absorb the oil, shortening from your recipes, you might want to try and find some of these.
For the problem of your cupcakes not coming out the same size I suggest an ice cream scoop that has the thumb button to eject the ice cream out. These work wonderfully and your cupcakes are the same size. HTH thumbs_up.gif
