So I was talking to my daughter (lives in a different state) and she had a birthday cake made for my grandson. A 14" round with a large sculpted dinosaur on the top. The dino was made from florist foam and then covered with fondant. The baker didn't want to use RKT because she thought it was too humid to hold together. She was charged $99.00 for the cake.
Is florist foam an appropriate medium to use even if it is covered with fondant? Just wondering...
