Whipped Cream/Cream Cheese frosting...stable?

How long do you think this frosting will be okay to set out at a reception before it starts to "melt"? http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Raspberry-Walnut-Torte-2
It is 1 1/2 c whipped cream to 1 pkg of cream cheese.

I wouldn't trust it in anything but very cold weather. Our State health Dept. doesn't allow cream cheese icings in any of our cakes - for that reason and the fact that cream cheese contamination can take place after just a few hours at room temperatures.
