Hi all,

I desperately need your help. I need to make whipped white chocolate ganache for cupcakes tomorrow. I normally use the 3 to 1 ratio recipe, BUT. I am traveling and i forgot my scale! I have 12oz bags of white chocolate chips, can someone give me an idea of how much cream per bag of white chocolate?

Thanks!

Normally I do everything by weight...so if I used 12oz wc, I would use 4oz of cream. But weight vs volume doesn't translate the same.
