Sorry if this is in another thread, but I can't find it.

Have you frozen a banana or vanilla custard or other things like lemon curd or bavarian creams before?

You can freeze lemon curd. You might get a little separation if your recipe has cornstarch in it, but you can just stir it up and it's fine. I have done it before. Pastry cream too... you will get a little separation again depending on the starch you use, but it should be fine.

Bavarian cream and custard I wouldn't freeze though.
