Hello to all! I made MMF today for the first time and I discovered something that will reduce the mess! The first batch I followed the recipe exactly adding two tablespoons of water to the marshmellows. It took be about 45 min from start to finish, and it made a very big mess. Then in the second batch I decided to only add 1/2 a tablespoon of water. That made a HUGE difference. I was able to mix in most of the PS while the marshmellow was still in the bowl. I also did most of the kneading in the bowl and when it was about done I went ahead and kneaded it on the counter with PS and crisco. This only took me 15 mins to complete.

(I put the bowl in my empty kitchen sink, hold it with one hand, and knead with the other).
