I need ideas for a hula hoop cookie. I know I could use two circles, but it will be very thin. Any ideas you have would be very helpful.

not really sure what look you are going for, but why not a round cookie with fondant hoola hoops on them. you could swirl different color fondant to look like them and kind of pile a few on the cookie.
