I'm trying to put together a cake order/contract form. Would anyone be kind enough to share with me what they are doing? I just want to get some ideas and see what are the recurring things everyone puts down - and just to see what these forms look like.

There have been several really informative threads on CC including links to template contracts. I'd suggest googling "cake contract:cakecentral.com" and checking that out first icon_smile.gif

also, check with an attorney if you're writing up a contract. Laws vary from area to area, so what's legal in one place might not fly in anohter.
