Planning a Baby Shower cake for a dear friend. Her birthday falls on same day of shower. Its a surprise shower for her. Is it possible to tie up 2 ideas on 1 cake? Baby shower & Birthday?? Just curious about your ideas?

Depending on the # of servings you could make two cakes that are combined on one board. Here are a few examples of duel occasion cakes on one board to give you an idea:

Hey Thanx so much for the pics.. I love it..
I had this idea.. make a onesie & few baby items.. & put Happy B'day Mommy message on the onesie.. Does this idea make sense?
