Looking for a fondant with chocolate taste but not too dark color. Can anyone who has used the chocolate fondants tell me if they are tootie roll colored? Need something a bit lighter. I guess I could mix in white fondant but worried about changing the yummy taste. thanks

fondarific is tootsie roll brown and tastes like them too. I lighten up with antique white if I need lighter or any white I have on hand.

The small amount of white you mix in to lighten the colour won't affect the taste much or at all. Chocolate fondant is pretty strong tasting.
