I made a client a cake and she wanted it covered in Bavarian Chocolate filling not the buttercream and I didn't think about it at the time when I agreed. Until I finished it and it dawned on me that the moisture from the cream would make the fondant sag. Needless to say to day was a bad day
Feeling really bummed

Aww I'm sorry! Don't you hate it when you are in the moment of preparing the order and it dawns on you that you might have agreed to something before thinking it through and then you are stuck?! I admit I'm guilty too :/ But on days like this I like to look at my previous work to kind of pep me up and reassure me that I can still do it. And everyone has their days...Hugs
