When I buy fondant I usually buy Fondarific...However, a client wants pure white, which is sooo expensive when using Fondarific....So I was looking to use maybe FondX but I have never purchased this brand before...Any thoughts? I have made my own MMF many times, but I'm never certain how well it will hold it's shape and at times I feel that the cake bulges with this fondant.....Opinions appreciated!

I personally like Fondx much better than Fondarific. It has a texture closer to Satin Ice.

I prefer Satin Ice, Fondx, or Fondx Elite. I think mmf is stiffer and stays that way when set up. It is harder to cut, but does taste good.
