Im a cake decorator of about 4 years, but have come to a hault with a cake. I have a request next week for a very close friend to do her wedding cake and after at least a month I am needing some advice and quick. The cake she wants is the tilted kind, not topsy turvy where you cut into the cake, but crooked where you cover I believe it would be something like foamcore with flowers so they are not visable. I am also traveling about 2 hours with it, but obviously will keep it all apart till I get there. I just can not seem to figure out exaclty how to do this. This link shows ***kind of*** what I mean.
I know I am no Ron Ben-Israel but I have seen many cakes to this effect. HELP, I am tearing my hair out!!!!
