Can someone please tell me what embosser is used on these cupcakes?

Yes I know what it is. Patchwork Cutters make a set called Teddy Bears Picnic and its the rug which is included with that set. I used it in one of my early cakes (which I'm now not very proud of!) but here it is!

They are made here in UK but GSA sell them.

CORRECTION! I was convinced I bought it as part of a set but I have just checked and it wasn't. I bought it separately. It is made by Patchwork Cutters but it is called Quilting Embosser. Sorry!
