The first few bakers have been inspected and approved in the last two weeks with more waiting for their inspections this week. We have run into some issues with a couple counties, but for the most part--the county governments have been overwhelmingly supportive.
The regulations went into effect almost exactly a year to the day of our first meeting with the Commissioner. Amazing what a year can change.
Anyway, just wanted to share. We're pretty excited down here in the Peach State!
