I baked a cake yesterday to fill today and do the ganache. But the raspberries I needed for the flavouring of the swiss meringue buttercream were nowhere to be found at the shops
Now I'm worried my cake will dry out!! It's a chocolate cake. I'm hoping to find the raspberries at the shop tomorrow, but just concerned about the cakes drying out if I wait too long
I have wrapped them in cling wrap and kept them cool (but not in the fridge).
