Deleting Pictures

I'd like to be able to delete whatever pictures in my gallery that I would like, regardless of the number of favorites. I have a lot of pictures from 2008/2009 that are not reflective of my style of decorating at this time in 2012. They are outdated.

Hello!
There is an option to delete our photos. You have to click on the photo you want to delete. Once you do that, look up top and you will see the delete option along with other editing options. HTH

I have tried to delete photos and I get an Access Denied Message. icon_sad.gif

Ok, go to your favorite pic, left click the pic you want to delete. It will be larger, then click on remove favorite. hth

The original poster is not trying to remove a picture from saved favourites but wants to remove unwanted pictures in her gallery. I have been able to remove one today by clicking on the delete picture button but I still got Access Denied when I tried to delete another picture. Seems it is being random in what it will let you delete.

I think it depends on whether someone else has added it to their favorites. If it is, it won't delete. You have to contact a mod to have it done.

That's what I recall from a couple of years ago.

Nope, the one I want to delete has no favourites so it can't be that.

I just deleted an old picture from my gallery. I just went to My Photos, clicked on the cake I wanted to delete, went to the top of the page and clicked Delete. It said Are you sure you want to delete this picture and I clicked Yes. Then it said Your picture has been deleted.
My picture had 200+ views but no favorites or comments.
