I made a homemade crusting buttercream recipe a few weeks ago and it ended being runny so I couldn t pipe or even do a swirlt with it. Can someone refer me to at least ONE homemade recipe that will stay stiff and pipeable? Please??

I love this recipe, it starts stiff and you can change the consistency super easy. I double it and it makes about 6 cups of icing. Hope this helps!

I got this recipe from my mom. It's delicious and a wonderful consistency for piping. It's difficult to incorporate all of the sugar if you don't have a stand mixer, but you really do need that much.
