I am going to try and make this cake. From what i can tell the top of each tier has ganache smoothed on top with slight drips coming down the sides. I am attaching the photo. Now when would the best time to insert the legs prior to adding the ganache, immediately after or after it sets? When would the be the best time to add strawberries. I'm attempting this for my friend's wedding and am also in it.

Thanks In Advance

Wow! You re making the cake and are part of the bridal party?? Busy bee!
If I were to make the cake I'd pour the ganache and let it set. Then I d add the strawberries, then the legs.

I wouldn't insert the legs until after delivery... same thing with the strawberries--they're perishable and must be refrigerated.
