I am shipping cake pops next week, and was in debate on freezing them before hand. I just threw some in the freezer last night and now took them out to see how they look when thawing... There is condensation in the treat bags, should I worry?
I got a cooler shipping box and TechnIce freeze packs to keep them cool. I know refridgeration in geneneral is not necessary...I just wanted to make sure that if they sat in a hot truck that they will not melt. suggestions? Thoughts?
I'd think you'd have to ship overnight. I wouldn't freeze them, as that frequently cracks the chocolate.
