Bunnykins: I tried removing the photo from my post and have already taken it off Facebook but Cake Central tells me that you can not delete or edit a post once it has been up for four hours and it took them longer than that to tell me. So, it is stuck up here and if anyone should confront me about it all I can say is that I honestly tried to remove the photo... I am a little surprised that you can't edit or remove a post...

Don't worry about it too much, I doubt that anyone will confront you about it. And yes, the photo thing on here is weird.

I agree, I wouldn't worry too much about this post hon it would be quite hard to find, it's more when photos are on websites and on facebook and with people tagged who then share it etc, which would make it more likely for someone like Disney etc to come across it. I didn't mean to scaremonger because it really is an individual choice as to whether you make a copywrited cake, just like putting your foot on an accelerator in your car, but at least you'd be going ahead knowing the risks and you could decide if it's worth it if you were caught. I personally won't risk it, but plenty of other bakers in my area do, so they can deal with any cease and desist letters that may or may not be sent their way!!!
