I keep seeing on videos and websites where people say to freeze your iced cake before you add the fondant. I have also noticed that there cakes are turning out a lot smoother than mine. So my question is "DOES FREEZING YOUR CAKE AFTER YOU ICE IT HELP WITH GETTING A SMOOTH MMF FINISH?" sorry about the all caps just want you guys to see the question.
