I would try to add a bit of leaf green into the blue. The Tiffany colour is more like a blue-green (robins egg blue).

HTH. Good luck!

Teal is perfect. I just recently did a Tiffany cake and used that.

Yep I accidentally made Tiffany Blue by starting with sky blue and adding leaf green. I was looking for a ribbon to match the cake (for the board) and lo and behold the ribbon I found at Michael's was called Tiffany Blue. LOL

Oh...one thing I noticed was that when I made fondant rectangles to simulate the box top on my Tiffany cake, I used the same color and could not get them to match the buttercream exactly. I had to add a touch of yellow to the fondant to get it close. I kept wondering why until my Homer 'DOH' moment when I remembered that my buttercream was made with real butter (yellow base).

Made it. Used sky blue, teal, and hint of yellow. Came out perfect! Thanks again!
