Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to package my cupcakes for retail. They are gluten-free, so they have to be refrigerated or frozen. I've planned all along to sell them in cupcake clamshells, but would these need to be sealed for freezing?

Maybe purchase inserts to place inside your boxes?
