I currently use the Wilton rolling pins..... is there an advantage really to having a rolling pin like used in The Matt video? If so what all do you guys use and LOVE? What can you all recommend if anything does make all the difference in the world vs. the Wilton rolling pin?

I use the long Wilton white rolling pin. I have a large aluminum pin with handles--it's OK, but I don't use it.............
I roll on The Mat--just a single piece adhered to my counter with water--and the Wilton pin works fine.
