Where to buy cake decorating stuff in Jamaica?

In february I have to make a 100 person wedding cake in Jamaica.
Because I don't want to bring 5 kg fondant with me on the plane, I'm trying to find a (online)cake decorating store in Jamaica. I googeled a lot but still haven't found anyone yet.

Is there anyone who can tell me where I can buy cake decorating stuff in Jamaica?

Not sure if I understand correctly, do you want it shipped to you in Jamaica? If so, have you tried global sugar art?
