Are there any good books or websites that will help me with cake sculpting? Any suggestions would be really helpful.

I wish I had a suggestion. Depending on what you are sculpting there may be a good tutorial. All the ones I have seen are very specific (sculpt bottle, sculpt ballcap, etc.). I have not seen one that gives general sculpting info.
Judging from the "views," many others would like one as well.
