I have a ton of white MMF leftover from my last wedding cake, and I want to make my mom a special birthday cake this weekend. I want to practice my square cakes, using chocolate ganache as my icing and cover in the fondant. However, I really want to use my leftover fondant but turn it into chocolate or at least brown. What is the best way to do this? It will be a 2 layer 8" square, sour cream chocolate cake, filled with raspberries, iced in chocolate ganache. I hate to use tons of brown coloring. It is the regular MMF recipe for fondant in the recipes section. Thanks!

I have added modeling chocolate to white MMF and used cocoa powder like confectioner's sugar when kneading it. The consistency was not as good as normal MMF but it tasted like chocolate. I did have to add some brown color though to get a decent brown. Then, I have just colored white MMF with brown but it takes quite a bit and it gets sticky.
